Trading through Corona Virus outbreak
We are trading as normal. Due to us being a "mail order" company, we are trading as normal, and processing orders in the same way.
We do have a reduced staff force, so our order processing speeds may become slowed at some point, but until now we have managed to continue to process all orders on the same day, or the next day.
Like all businesses, we are dependent on our suppliers. Currently we have healthy stocks of most of our products. As far as we are aware, our supply chain is also unchanged, but we do expect that there will be delays in replenishing our stock at some point.
If we should be out of stock of a product ordered, we will update the order as such, and notify our customers of the specific situation. We will more than likely be able to get an eta of new stock, or of course, give a full refund.
